Cuso International is a development organization that works to reduce poverty and inequality through the efforts of highly skilled volunteers, collaborative partnerships and compassionate donors. Cuso International is the Canadian Executing Agency for the YouLead project.

MEDA – Mennonite Economic Development Associates logo link

Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) is an international economic development organization whose mission is to create business solutions to poverty. Founded in 1953 by a group of Mennonite business professionals, MEDA partner with the poor to start or grow small and medium–sized businesses in developing regions around the world.

The organization’s expertise includes a full range of economic development tools: financial services, improved technology, business training, better access to markets and equity investment. The organization most often focuses on women, youth and the rural poor.

MEDA believes that all people deserve the opportunity to earn a livelihood and that unleashing entrepreneurship is a powerful way to alleviate poverty.

The Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) Canada, is an implementing partner working with the Financial Inclusion component of the YouLead project.

The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC), founded in 1947, is a dynamic association of public servants, academics, and others interested in public administration. Anchored by regional groups, IPAC is a membership–based organization that creates knowledge networks and leads public administration research in Canada. Since the early 1990s, IPAC has been a major player in exporting successful Canadian public sector expertise around the world.

The Institute pursues its mission by:
